EO'C Estate agents was established in August 2006, opened by Eddie O'Connor after working several years in his uncle's business in Stranmillis Belfast.

Eddie worked for several years at GOC Estate agents in Stranmillis Belfast. Eddie has been in the estate agency business since 2003 and in the the North West 2006, covering an area from Garvagh to Letterkenny and using the City of Derry as his focal point. Succeeding in providing a complete sales and management service and in both residential and commercial property.

Karla has been a member of our team since 2010 during this time Karla has become a senior member looking after Sales, conveyancing and rental issues, priding herself on her professional manner and provision of customer satisfaction.
