Once property is Sale Agreed

Property changed to "Sale Agreed" on web, brochure and sign
Sales Memorandum sent out to yourself, your solicitor, purchaser and their solicitor
Weekly checkups are carried out with both parties solicitors to ensure a quick sale and provide you with any information you may need
Finally offering you an honest, professional and friendly service
